This five unit townhouse group in the Mar Vista area of Los Angeles California, sets itself apart from its nondescript surroundings using bold forms and colors.  Unit entrances along the sidewalk create an urban feel, uncharacteristic of this low density area.  Open and spacious interiors belie the narrowly proportioned facades.
