This 34-unit townhouse group runs along the top of a natural bluff overlooking the Pacific in Oceanside, California.  The buildings create a long skyline which is comprised of gently varying earthtone colored forms.

All units are two or three stories and parking is provided in private garages within each towhnouse and accessed from a new private street.
