We designed the conversion of an existing 1950s public hospital in Toronto into a privately owned addiction rehabilitation facility.

Most of the existing rooms had to be reconfigured to accommodate the new program.  All interior finishes and fixtures were modernized.  Accessibility features and building services  were upgraded and new commercial concession spaces were added.
