This new, ten unit townhouse group in West Hollywood, California, develops a more urban streetscape with all units facing what was formerly the flanking street along two back-to-back lots.  Each unit entrance is at the sidewalk with virtually no setback, with outdoor open spaces provided at balconies and the rooftop.
